I just moved to the area and not really a barbecue fan but this place finally made me like barbecue. The chicken was great hush puppies were Awesome. ribs spectacular thank you so much.
Ok place family run service was very pleasant and food was decent. Coleslaw is very chopped almost like it’s grated so it was not what I expected but appreciated that is was mayo diary. I ordered 2 dishes chicken n ribs platter. Fried chicken was delicious but I don’t like the taste of the pulled pork and the ribs tasted as if they were just baked in the oven n had no bbq smokiness.i assume the bbq style food was probably better.. Lemonade had so much sugar beyond sweet.
Excellent BBQ. Come check them out. I ordered carryout but place was packed for dinner. Place has a drive thru too.
Hidden in Kenly, NC, just off I-95 is a great BBQ place. Loved everything! The pork is Eastern style and delicious. The BBQ Chicken was great as well. Got some chicken pastry to take home, and I can't wait to try it tonight. I highly recommend you stop in and try this place.
Typical eastern NC style chopped pork. Fried Chicken was well seasoned. Stew was thin, but flavored well. Nice folks… descent food! Clean and well suited. Very prompt and friendly. Food Preparation 7/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 8/10 Value 9/10
Stopped into Stormin Norman's BBQ today with our Corvette group. Service was excellent and food came out to all of us promptly! The food was flavorful and tasty as well! Highly recommend them to anyone as it is totally worth a stop in.
